Bring Your Non-Perishable Food Items for Donation to the Community FoodBank of NJ

Continuing its long-tradition of supporting local and national charitable organizations for the last 18 years, the Pipes of Christmas today announced it will again be partnering with the Community FoodBank of New Jersey.

For all those attending the Sunday, December 17 performances of the Pipes of Christmas in Summit, NJ, organizers are encouraging everyone to bring non-perishable food items to donate to the FoodBank, which distributes food to more than 1,000 partner agencies across the state, including soup kitchens, food pantries, emergency shelters, and child and senior feeding programs.

Last year, the concert collected approx. 500 pounds of food items that helped touch the life of literally hundreds of thousands of people through the FoodBank’s feeding programs and partner charities.

During this our 19th anniversary year, let’s continue to uphold this important Christmas tradition by helping to fill the shelves at the Community FoodBank of NJ!
